Bart Massey is an Associate Professor of Computer Science at Portland State University in Portland, Oregon USA, where his research focus is on open source software engineering and open hardware technologies. Bart is the founder and proprietor of bart-massey.com LLC, and Technologist in Residence at the Oregon Open Technology Business Center. He has been involved with X development and education in various ways since around X11 release 2, and is the lead architect of the XCB library.
