==== Google Code-In ====

The Board discussed the Google Code-In program for High School students to do smaller open source tasks during the late November-early January timeframe.
Donnie volunteered to submit the application to google, and Alan to set up a wiki page to collect task ideas.

==== Developer book sprint ====

Bart suggested having a book sprint in conjunction with the XDC2011 to produce an X.Org New Developer Guide.
The board agreed this sounded like a good thing to do, and Bart volunteered to work on planning.
Stephane Marchesin offered a draft of the guide he's been working on for Writing Linux Graphics Drivers.

==== Elections ====

The Election Committee wiki issues have been fixed and Alex will send a draft schedule to the committee for discussion.

==== XDC 2011 ====

The board discussed the proposal Michael Larabel put forth for XDC 2011 in Chicago.  No decisions were reached though.
