Treasurer Status
Stuart sent the last rollup of expenditures to Keith, and is waiting for confirmation from him that its complete, before sending on to the lawyer for the 501(c)3 paperwork. He also sent the $25 check for the Delaware corporate franchise fee to Keith for co-signing.
