Reports, Discussion & Decisions
Election Committee
Alex reported the election committee was on track to send out the election notices to the membership on January 10. Eric reported the queue of membership applications had been taken care of.
Treasurer Status
Stuart reported that Keith is going to work with the Portland HSBC branch to get Stuart the required access so he can work on the 5 year financial statements for 501(c)3 paperwork and other pending issues.
The Board voted to go ahead and reimburse Donnie and Corbin for their travel expenses to the Google Summer of Code Mentor Summit without waiting for Google's check to the Foundation to clear first.
