DynamicClocks is a feature that dynamically scale the clocks. It aims to provide a moderate boost in battery life, unfortunately it doesn't yet support the other aspects of powerplay.

You can activate this option in the device section of your /etc/X11/xorg.conf file. (DynamicPM is deprecated)<br />
