= Unicode Free Fonts =

This page is for listing Unicode-compatible free fonts.  Please put link to the site/download link if possible.

There are those who claim that if you embed a GPL font inside your document, (for example, in PDF, Post``Script or La``Te``X documents), it might mean you release your document under GPL. It seems the yudit site has the latest version of Unifont I could find and can be downloaded from [[http://www.yudit.org/download/fonts/bitmap/|Download]] if someone has more info please edit this.

== BSD licensed fonts ==

[[http://www.abyssiniacybergateway.net/fidel/unicode/]] seems to have public domain Ethiopic fonts some of the download links seems to be missing and the license need to be verified.

[[http://www.ellak.gr/fonts/mgopen/|MgOpen Greek Unicode fonts]] are four font families (proportional) with support for Latin and Greek. One of four also supports Ancient Greek (polytonic). They are distributed with the same licence as Bitstream Vera.
